Butter Chicken Curry Sauce
The Butter Chicken Base has been perfected using large pieces of onion and tantalising spices. Punjaban has created this recipe without using butter.
Add as much or as little as you like for a wonderful buttery taste! Why not stir in a dollop of creme fraiche to create a creamy texture?

Ingredients:
Tomatoes (46%), Onions (38%), Rapeseed Oil, Garlic Puree, Ginger Puree, Spices (contains MUSTARD), Salt, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Paprika, Coriander, Green Chillies, Cumin Seeds. For allergens see ingredients in UPPERCASE.
Suggested Recipe:
- Saute some large chunks of onion in a pan
- Pour or spoon the sauce out and bring to boil - you may have to add water as the mixture is quite thick.
- Add chicken and bring to the boil.
- Turn down and allow to simmer gently until chicken is cooked.
- Add fresh coriander.
