Jalfrezi Curry Sauce - Hot - Catering Size 2.2L 4/Case
This classic Jalfrezi base has been boldly spiced to deliver plenty of punchy flavour.
As with all Punjaban curry sauces, you can enjoy your Jalfrezi gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free with no added sugar. Suitable for vegans.
Ingredients:
Tomatoes (46%), Onion (26%), Red and Green Peppers (12%), Rapeseed Oil, Ginger Puree, Spices (
MUSTARD), Green Chillies, Salt, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Garlic Puree, Ground Coriander, Turmeric, Paprika, Chilli Powder, Cumin Seeds, Fenugreek.

Suggested Recipe:
- Saute some large chunks of onion in a pan
- Pour or spoon the sauce out and bring to boil - you may have to add water as the mixture is quite thick.
- Add chicken and bring to the boil.
- Turn down and allow to simmer gently until chicken is cooked.
- Add fresh coriander.
