Hog Sausage Casings

Our natural hog casings are supplied in either hanks, zipstrips, on hard spooled tubes or loose in the pail. A favourite with Butchers. Depending on size these natural hog sausage skins will make classic sized sausages, and up to larger sausages such as Cumberland Sausages.

The hog casings we supply will produce an approx sausage diameter in the ranges from 28/30 all the way up to 36/40.
