Size 22 Salvador knife, suitable for all size 22 mincers. This size 22 has a mincer plate diameter of 83mm.

The No.22 mincer knife is made to cut fresh meat, however if you required a mincer blade to cut frozen meat then please call us for a quotation. The No.22 mincer knife has a diameter measured from tip to tip of the opposing blade arms and is approx 72mm

The mincer knife has a square cut out in the middle to fit onto the plate stud in the meat mincer and is approx. 13 x 13mm. The Salvador knife is curved, and made from Italian Steel.

The curve increases the cutting surface of the knife, like a sickle, and therefore lets the smaller tabletop machines have more effective power.

They are made from Stainless Steel, with a hardness of AISI 440C.
