Halloween is fast approaching! Our blood thirsty Chef Andy Benn has been brewing a concoction of wicked ideas for you to place in your counter. Add a bit of fun to your shop window this Halloween and grab your customers' attention with these menacing masterpieces.



Snake Sausage- A simple sausage create for Halloween – a long sausage (maybe a Cumberland mix) in a spiral, with red or orange pepper for eyes and a snake tongue. BBQ, grill or pan-fry. Cook 4-6 mins, turn during cooking.
