RECIPES - OLYMPICS SUPER 6 - PORTUGAL

The Paris Olympics are on between Fri 26th July - Sun 11th August 2024.

To help give you some promotional ideas for the Olympics - and to help you create a buzz for your customers, Scobies have created six recipes for you - our Olympics Super 6 Recipes. one of which is for Portugal:

Portugal’s Stuffed Piri Piri Chicken

Portugal doesn’t just hold a gold winning Olympic team, they also make chicken dishes that are gold medal worthy dishes too!

Recipe:
Butterfly Chicken Breast and fill with Caramelised onion chutney, Stilton Cheese and Chorizo.
Wrap the breast to encase the ingredients with streaky bacon.
Coat in Piri Piri Marinade.
Decorate the top with some caramelised Onion Chutney and crumbled Stilton.
