Perfectly balanced sausages, flavoured with garlic and parsley, using Scobies Toulouse Sausage Mix (Product Code: SE23145):

Recipe to make 1kg batch):
Pork Trim (70/30 VL) 680g (68%)
Toulouse Sausage Mix (Product Code: SE23145) 150g (15%)
Iced water 170g (‘17%)

Mince meat through a 5mm plate.
Add sausage mix and blend
Add water and mix thoroughly
Re-mince through 5mm plate
Fill into casings
