The L&W Long Life mincer plate is manufactured in Germany and are Kolbe's preferred choice of knife and plate supplier for their range of meat mincer and mincer grinder.

They are single sided, with a hub on the other side, for easy removal from the mincer.

These long life mincer plates can be re-ground several times after wear and tear to pro-long their life.
