Sheep Sausage Casings

Our natural sheep casings are supplied in either hanks, zipstrips or on hard spooled tubes – all the sheep sausage casings are carefully selected and processed in BRC plants in the UK & Ireland. A favourite with Butchers.

Depending on size these natural sheep sausage skins will make a chipolata or small breakfast sausages, as well as classic sized sausages.

The sheep casings we supply will produce an approx sausage diameter in the ranges from 18/20 all the way up to 26+.
