S&J along with our partner Vishaka, are proud to bring a complete range of recyclable Vacuum Pouches to the market.

What we have achieved here is truly remarkable. In most cases, vacuum pouches are made from several layers of different plastics, some for sealing, some for barrier and some for strength.

These pouches have the same barrier as a normal pouch, so your shelf life will be the same.

They have the same optical clarity, so your products will look just as good in them.

They will seal just the same in your normal vacuum packer as a standard pouch.

And what is amazing is that they have been fully tested and certified by Impact Solutions, the 'Scottish Plastics Recycling Centre of Excellence' as being suitable for recycling within the usual UK supply chains. Ideal for small sized joints they can be used up to a maximum temperature of 85^oC.

These pouches are suitable for use in the microwave and can be put in the freezer.
