New Super Fresh Natural Choice Sheep Casing
These natural sausage casings are from fully traceable British sheep, carefully selected and processed in BRC plants in the UK & Ireland.
Packed on Zip Strips, which let the casings be slid onto the filler in seconds.
Packed in 2 hanks (2 x 80m = 160m) per vacuum pouch.
This sheep casing will produce a sausage approximately 22 to 24 mm in diameter.
We recommend they should be soaked in fresh water for a minimum of 2 hours but ideally overnight for optimum performance.
