Super Fresh Natural Choice Sheep Casing
These natural sausage casings are from fully traceable British sheep, carefully selected and processed in BRC plants in the UK & Ireland.
Packed loose in the vacuum bag.
Packed in 15 hanks (15 x 80m = 1200m) per pail.
This sheep casing will produce a sausage approximately 22 - 24mm in diameter.
We recommend they should be soaked in fresh water for a minimum of 2 hours but ideally overnight for optimum performance.
